Tigerpaw streamlines the business process for Corporate Telecom

Founded by Todd Bernstein, Corporate Telecom (CTTS) has been experts in business telecommunication systems and solutions since 1980. From single line telephones to large PBX installations, customers have always found a variety of telecommunication products to choose from.

Challenge

  • To find a business software solution that is easier to access and more user-friendly.
  • Needed a solution that would help streamline business operations by offering inventory, workflow, accounting integration, task options, custom reports and the ability to send group emails and marketing campaigns.

Solution

  • Tigerpaw provided Corporate Telecom the ability to implement a paperless environment with service order dispatching, ticket completion and billing.
  • Corporate Telecom now uses Tigerpaw to do their quoting and proposals and has implemented a robust email and marketing campaign program.

Results

  • Although CTTS utilizes the features and functions of Tigerpaw for each department; the feature that have MOST influenced operations would be activities, campaigns, and email templates for marketing.
  • CTTS has incorporated this into a smooth process flow to acquire more business, keeping customers informed of new products, and making customers aware of services offered.
  • Additionally, the ability to access the employee portal for company technicians has greatly benefited the CTTS Operations department by re-working the business process flow for quoting and proposals in addition to streamlining service orders.
  • After using the Tigerpaw program for almost five years, CTTS is still learning its capabilities and coming up with new ways to use all the features offered.
  • CTTS has saved thousands of dollars by implementing paperless service order dispatching, ticket completion and billing with Tigerpaw.
  • Each CTTS employee attended a Tigerpaw University class relevant to their position in order to further gain understanding of the Tigerpaw product
