Enhancements to the Tigerpaw Solution

Sentry is a database monitoring utility designed specifically to automate repetitive and otherwise laborious tasks based on a series of rules in Tigerpaw. Sentry can be used to automate tasks involving database manipulation, report generation, email alerts, and marketing. Sentry also integrates with the TigerTrak web portals.

Some of the areas with Sentry include:

  • Contract Expiration
  • Service Order Escalation
  • Internal Service Order Reporting
  • External Service Order Reporting
