Take the Guess Work Out of Ordering

  • Let the system remember what is needed for a specific job each time
  • Easy-to-use, predefined purchasing parameters
  • Tigerpaw tells you exactly what is ordered each time for easy auto purchasing
  • Order only what you need for a specific job or quantity
  • Auto purchasing works by allowing purchase agents to create ongoing purchasing parameters
  • No guessing needed. Tigerpaw keeps track for you!

Purchase orders can be created and linked to a job for easy reference upon receipt of material. Auto Purchasing goes a step further and lets you order just what is needed for a specific job.

Auto Purchasing works by allowing purchase agents or managers to preset purchasing parameters, including a vendor table, shippers, shipping terms, freight, and billing terms. Once the order amount is specified, Tigerpaw logic allows you to re-order or auto-purchase the same amount every time.

No guessing needed. We keep track for you!

"When I recently evaluated Connectwise and compared it to Tigerpaw I realized Connectwise does not have a Purchasing Order system built in, they also do not have a quoting module nor the inventory module. Tigerpaw has all three and they are all developed internally by Tigerpaw. From quoting to completing the service and sending it to my accounting software it is all done from Tigerpaw. I am glad we chose Tigerpaw and strongly suggest you give it a shot."
